Order Cancellations

As Kantha Collection products are "one of a kind" order cancellations are not permitted

Returns Store Credit Only

Once you've returned your item(s) in the same condition received your store credit will be sent to you by email in a form of a gift card and valid for use online
at www.kanthacollection.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for a store credit, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange your order. Please note that exchanges should be in the same unwashed condition received.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

While we do not issue prepaid labels for exchanges we do ship the exchange order to you at no cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary usually 2-10 business days from receipt of exchange.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
